SHIFT OF TARIFF INCREASE TO 2021 BY DISCOS
My attention has been drawn to the above story as published on page 3, Nigerian Tribune, Wednesday July 1, 2020. The intended introduction of a new electricity tariff regime code-named "cost-reflective" electricity tariff by the Electricity Distribution Company, Dis cos, to be paid by consumers across the nation viz-a-viz calls by Senators for the need to subsidize the power sector is a direct fall-out from our past mis-governance, whereby spiritually bank rupt and highly manipulated public officers/managers run Kalu Kalu economic policies dictated from Western institutions that always predispose the Blackman to perpetual state of economic servitude to the Oyinbos.
It has now become obvious that all the pre-privatization feasibility studies and postulations by armchair theorist, labelled economic experts are mere storm in a teacup, at the end of which huge public resources ploughed in the exercise become wasted down the drain, while the people continue to groan and grope in darkness with vast opportunities lost in terms of ser vice delivery and job creation.
Any attempt to impose higher electricity tariff on Nigerians now will be counter-productive in the light of our experiences replicated in ever-dwindling economic productive base and the negative impact of COVID-19 on the economy as expressed by both the executive and legislative arms of government. The Discos and regulatory body in the power sector, Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commission, (NERC) should not take Nigerians for a ride after killing their creative ingenuity as a result of their poor ser vice delivery to the nation, giving rise to mass unemployment among our teeming talented youths with the capacity to generate self-employment with steady power supply after huge public funds have been expended on the power sector.
Before they could thinker with the idea of any tariff increase, they should take bold steps to install pre-paid meters in all home and abolish, in its entirety, the obnoxious billing by estimation. They should make sure supply of power is regularized and stabilized in order to create jobs for our talented youths and this should be followed up by aggressive public enlightenment that could make Nigerians understand the need for such a move to avoid provoking the anger of already aggrieved consumers, which may and subsequently lead to counter-reaction that will not augur well for the health of the economy.
Anything to the contrary, will be tantamount to an affront on the sensibilities of Nigerians who have lost faith in the effectiveness of the operations of the Discos that have always left them frustrated and beleaguered.

STATES SHOULD INSTITUTE HALL OF FAME FOR THEIR INDIGENES.
By the Grace of the Grace, there is urgent need for the thirty-six states of the Federation to institute a Hall of Fame for indigenes of their respective states who have excelled in various field of human endeavors. In order words, state indigenes who have distinguished themselves in one form of activities or the other, which enhances the socio-economic conditions of the people should be identified, recognized and accorded a merit award of honor at the state level, because charity they say begins at home.
The area of focus for the state merit award should include but not limit to outstanding performance in the area of uplifting our culture and tradition with bias for inculcating and instilling in the people our intrinsic core values rooted on selfless love, honesty, sincerity, integrity, trustworthiness, kindness, hard-work and dignity in labor. Others include entrepreneur ship, invention, in the field of local-content-based medicine, science and technology, philanthropy, sports, music that promote ethics and morals, agriculture and scholarship etc.
The honors award should be open to state indigenes, both at home and in the diaspora and will go a long way to make the recipients cultivate a sense of belonging as co-partners in the development of their state. This will ultimately spur their spirits to get more involved and committed in the development of their home state. Again, the award committee should be institutionalized without any political or religious entanglements and membership should be drawn from men and women of proven integrity to include traditional rulers, socio-cultural/community leaders of thought, as well as notary publics like retired civil servants from both the civil ser vice and academia.
The state merit award should be distinct to the state and should have nothing to do with the Federal Government's national merit award, which is saddled with religious, tribal, ethnic and racial sentiments. Also, recipients of the state award could serve as a pool/reservoir of distinguished indigene of the state to be recommended for award at national level.
This is very important to ensure maximum growth through appreciation and rewards to inspire other patriotic souls to do their best in the belief that the Government will be appreciative of their token contribution towards nation-building, since nature encourages rewarding hard-work and excellence with token of appreciative incentives, hence the saying, to whom much is given, much is expected.
Above all, this will inspire the spirit of love to touch the people to be more agile, hardworking, trustful and upright.

NIGERIA AS THE SPIRITUAL BASE OF THE UNIVERSE IS NOT A DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE BLACK RACE.
NADECO Chieftain, Ayo Opadokun was recently credited with the screaming headline in the Vanguard Newspaper, Monday, July 6, 2020, page 11, that, "Nigeria is a disappointment to black race." There is no gainsaying that Chief Opadokun, emotional outburst was borne-out of frustration, considering the abysmal failure of leadership in Nigeria, our inestimable human and material endowments, notwithstanding.
For sure, Chief Ayo is not alone in his state of bewilderment and frustration as to what is happening in Nigeria. Similar frustration has forced many Nigerians to 'check out of Nigeria as illegal immigrants in search of greener pastures abroad, to even countries that are less endowed than Nigeria, resulting in mass brain-drain and capital-flight out of the country.
The mass exodus of Nigerians from their homeland climaxed during IBB's era of evil misrule, and the trend has maintained a progressive upsurge whereby those leaving do so at great risk to their lives, without relevant travel documents. Many have lost their lives, trying to cross the Atlantic Ocean in small canoes, whereas a lot more died in a desperate bid to cross the Sahara Desert on foot, without food or water for days.
Nigeria's rich-poor nation identity tag is a confounding paradox. This absurdity has earned her derogatory accolades from international community as 'poverty capital of the world', 'shit hole nation and 'cemetery' for burying the affluent citizens who junket and squander Nigerian's looted patrimony abroad. The pertinent question that arises is, in the face of the crude realities, associated with the Nigerian situation, is it proper to write her off as a disappointment to the Black Race? Understandably, majority will concur with our dear respected Chief Opadokun.
But a deeper interrogation on the Nigeria question clearly indicates that Nigeria is the most blessed nation under the Sun. The weather is fantastic with luxuriant vegetation and inhabited by talented able-bodied men and women. Above all, inestimable mineral resources are buried in the bosom of Nigeria's bowel.
Hence, a nation so blessed by The Creator cannot be said to be a disappointment. No! Nigeria can never disappoint the Black Race. Rather, it is the homo-sapiens the Grace touched to be known as Nigerians that were misled to nearly disappoint Nigeria and by extension Black humanity.
The reason is obvious. The invasion of Africa by soldiers of fortune from Europe brought along with it, pollutants/contaminants that poisoned the psyche of the Blackman and he ended up being disconnected from his Source of being and this killed the humanity in him, just like the river that disconnected from the sea that eventually got dried up.
The problem with the Blackman started when he deliberately alienated himself from his True self, right from the moment he embraced and imbibed the satanic creed/ credo of good and bad, right and wrong, sin and repent, die to see God in the sky, contained in the altered history about Creation, contained in the Bible, Quran, etc. Through this alienation, he was no longer able to tap and harness from within him, the pure creative energy in which he was made as a perfect image of his Maker. This pure energy that sustains him is what he needed so badly to tackle and overcome life, challenges without dependence on anybody; just like the bee draws from the energy within it to produce honey, so also the rabbit in tunnel technology etc.
In other words, it is the people particularly the leaders that really disappointed Nigerians and by extension Africa. Also, neither parliamentary democracy nor the presidential variant as postulated by Chief Opadokun is the cause of our lack of progress in our quest for national development because they are two sides of the same coin.
The fact is that Europe and America went through so many wars to achieve landmark breakthroughs, by adopting those aforementioned systems of governance shouldn't make it a model for the Blacks. Those who blazed the trail in developing the economies of Europe and America are a select few who are one with themselves through the receipt of Divine Knowledge imparted to them by My immediate Predecessor, Shri Prempal Rawat Singh, Shri Maharaj Ji, Ela, Oluorogbo, Kofi Manu etc. Somebody who is in Divine Knowledge is unstoppable because he is guided by the pure energy within him, without the trappings of the wiles and guiles of the hu man mind.
For the past forty years, I've been screaming and shouting that Divine Knowledge holds the ace to our greatness as a nation and beckoned on the leaders to come forward and receive this Divine birth-right of mortal being, free of charge, in order to move the nation positively forward in all fields of human endeavors and all are prevaricating, while Nigerians are dying in hundreds, day in, day out.
Nobody would believe, but it is true, that what Lobsang Rampa in his book, the 'Chapters of Life' postulated that a Divine Master will emerge from Africa to lead the world into the Golden Age of Life is already happening and that is why the Grace has made Nigeria stay as one in spite of having the highest indices of corruption and poverty in the world, as evidence that Nigeria can make it if it goes spiritually to know and follow the power that is behind it.
Before then, the invention of a mini airplane by Engr. Corlipu (a receiver of Divine Knowledge) which was tested by the Federal Military Government led by governor Inienga during the regime of IBB, the evil genius and which flew for minutes, is instructive to mention here, to buttress the efficacy of Divine Knowledge.
Nature abhors a vacuum, hence it said, as you make your bed, so you lie on it. Again, if one puts hands inside fire, the person will surely get burnt, even if it's a candlelight! You get manipulated free of charge because of disbelief in man or God. In the same vein, in a football match, you don't field a team where both the captain and goalkeeper are blindmen and hope to win the match.
How long shall we continue to do the same thing over and again and expect to have a different result? It smacks of fool hardiness. We need a change and so Divine Knowledge is the key! So, let's wake up!!

CREATE A JUDICIAL COMMISSION OF INQUIRY ON NIGERIA AIRWAYS AND ITS BUTCHERS.
By the Grace of the Grace, we would like to beg or recommend that Mr. President should institute an audit judicial panel of inquiry to look into how our national air carrier, Nigeria Airways got sold and its assets got looted among some distinguished men and women in position of public trust.
Nigeria Airways, which used to be a major source of pride of Nigerians and indeed Africans, for inexplainable reasons lost its flight altitude abruptly, started a gradual descend and finally took a final and decisive plunge down the crypt of corruption.
Hence, in fairness to the Nigerian public, who are the bonafide owners of Nigeria Airways, there is need to set up an audit panel to take stock of the day-to-day activities of the airline before it went underground under the following terms of reference.
(1) Remote and immediate causes that led to the collapse of the airline
(ii) Who and who are responsible, and roles played as individuals and as a group.
(iii) To take stock of both the moveable and immoveable assets of the airline and ascertain what happened to them and recommend possible recovery process.
(iv) Panel to critically examine other operational details of the airline that are not listed here, which in its judgement will assist to unearth all relevant facts and figures that will add value to the outcome of its findings,
(v) Come up with modalities for resurrecting and repositioning the airline to its position of pride in Africa's aviation industry.
(vi) Make recommendations on appropriate disciplinary sanction against those found culpable of running aground the blossoming airline.
A time limit of one year should be given to the panel to make for a thorough investigation, that will facilitate the rebirth of a new Nigeria Air ways, which Nigerians will be proud of always. If need be, I am ready to inspire and influence stakeholders towards reincarnation of a strong, vi brant and economically viable Nigeria Airways that meets the dreams and aspiration of Nigerians, to the glory of our father land.

STILL ON AIR PEACE AIRLINE.
I am compelled to revisit the issue of Air Peace Airline in view of the groundswell of concrete evidence indicative of the fact that Air Peace Airline is an illegitimate child delivered into the bosom of corruption hall of infamy. It will be recalled that when the lid got blown off the Air Peace corrupt cesspit, I wrote a letter to Mr. President captioned "Corruption and Air Peace Airline" ref: SGMJJ/OLF/HSCU/OPE/06220 dated February 10, 2020 calling on Mr. President to nationalize Air Peace Airline and rename it Nigeria Airways as a first step towards the resurrection and reinvention of our erstwhile moribund national carrier, Nigeria Airways, with a view to beaming corruption searchlight on what led to Africa's pride and leading airline, to go underground.
We are surprised till date, no action seems to be taken in this direction and this does not speak well of Mr. President who Nigerians voted to power with the hope that President Buhari will stand by them and recover, to the last kobo their collective patrimony looted with impunity by heartless 'stealocrats' who bought their ways to positions of public trust.

But for Onyema's illicit connection with Kuku, how could he have stum bled into such stupendous wealth, within such a short period, as a practicing lawyer? In the Light of the above revelations, I am once again calling on Mr. President to do the needful, regarding Air Peace, because it has been established beyond reasonable doubt the airline was set up with Nigerian's stolen money and Nigerians, by electing Your Excellency confers on You the onerous constitutional responsibility of ensuring that all their stolen wealth is recovered and returned to them.
This Mr. President has to do with precision in order not to be caught on the negative side of our national history as the only President who had the right pedigree to rid the nation of corruption but at the end of the day, fell short of expectations of the disillusioned citizenry of our great nation. Buhari, The Apostle of Change and the African Presidential Czar for anti-corruption will never fail.

NEEDLESS APPREHENSION OVER COVID-19.
Fellow Nigerians, Africans and distinguished people of the world, in view of apprehensive mood creating doubts in the minds of people regarding the status and the way forward on Coronavirus, I, once again, wish to reassure the global community that My "Absolute End to Modern-Day Slavery And The Only Way Forward" Divine Public Lecture that took place at the Lagos City Hall, Lagos Island, Lagos State on 21st March, 2020, put to rest all concerns about COVID-19, because it was a Divine interventionist platform to slay and bury Coronavirus pandemic. The public lecture therefore was the physical onslaught that provoked the spiritual engineering warfare that silence coronavirus for good.
Again, when it became clear that the ghost of Coronavirus has resurrected and was haunting people here and there, I declared the 33rd Year Anniversary Programme of founding Maharaj Ji Village (April 17-26) as well as the 27th Year Anniversary of My declaration of Nigeria, New Holy Land of the Universe (May 29 - June 6) for Marathon Meditation to chase away Coronavirus ghost from the surface of the earth, in the Holy Name of Maharaj Ji.

COVID-19 CURE: MADAGASCAR DESERVES PRAISE AND ENCOURAGMENT
The Island of Madagascar has made Africa proud in the battle against the Coronavirus pandemic, otherwise known as Covid-19. It is heart-warming to have an African country develop its own high-value solution to a problem confronting its own people. A number of African countries have expressed willingness to buy Madagascar's anti-Covid-19 solution. This is the kind of economic culture that is capable of prospering Africa.
Millions of Africans have been disabled and killed by imported medicines. African's Health Security has been the prerogative the medical industry of the Western and Eastern hemispheres for too long! Africa's return to eco nomic strength is attainable partly by having Africans' health tightly secure by African governments and institutions. Can a sick, weak or dying people build a healthy economy? Europeans have done very well at developing medical cures for their medical challenges and for medical issues bashing the world beyond their shores. It is however pertinent to point out that medicine has been cleverly and skillfully integrated into the racial-war arsenal of the West. This is a fact!
Some years ago, DBN; one of Nigeria's private TV broadcasters, ran a promo in respect of a scheduled documentary titled: 'POLITICS OF MEDICINE I honored that appointment by having myself seated before my TV set on the set time of the appointed date. To my surprise, the documentary was not aired. Two days after, I called a close contact in the TV station to find out why. I was told a high-level authority in Nigeria's Ministry of Information at that time ordered the program yanked off scheduled. He said in-depth investigation by some of his colleagues revealed that Embassy officials of a frontline Western country got in touch with Ministry officials in Abuja to register displeasure over the intended broadcast. I asked my friend to give me some insight of documentary's content. He said to me that it was basically about exposing the sale of low-potency and harmful medicines to Africa by Western manufacturers!
I also recall the experience of a young lady from London who wanted to buy Paludrine; an anti-malaria drug, from a pharmacy somewhere in Lagos (Nigeria). The lady bought the drug but was discouraged by what she saw in the packaging. It looked very different from what she said she bought in London. She opted to search her bag all over again and was able to find the packet she brought from England. Indeed, the content of what she bought in Nigeria was visibly inferior to what she got in London. Same for a jar of margarine she bought in Lagos. Africans have consumed too much poison from abroad. It is time for black man to wake-up to help himself!
During the days of high wired international politics on HIV/AIDS, our Traditional Medical Practitioner, Dr. Oviakpor had the cure for AIDS, but he was chased out of The Ministry of Health in Abuja on presentation and the excuse given by top officials of the Ministry was "Do you want to deem ploy us here?" this reaction shocking as it is, presents a rather unpatriotic, insanely dangerous even when there was need to appreciate his efforts in order to encourage better performance that could boost the economy, create abundance and ease unemployment and by extension reduce tension in the society.
Madagascar's medical success against Covid-19 is symbolic of the unstoppable renaissance of black civilization on the basis of the physical presence of The Supreme Life-Force of the universe based in Africa, precisely in Nigeria! My presence in Nigeria inevitably shines' incalculable voltage of Divine Light on Africa, dispelling all darkness responsible for modern-day Africans' inability to fend for themselves for too long.
I applaud the African Presidents who have expressed interest in buying Madagascar's solution. I also call on the Government of Nigeria to retire its detrimental practice of not taking advantage of Satguru Maharaj Ji's presence in Nigeria to facilitate the manifestation of Nigeria's golden destiny. Madagascar has won where Nigeria ought to be the victor! I salute the leadership of the Island of Madagascar and encourage it to sustain the wisdom and drive that made.
