ALTAR

This is a quiet place from where one can communicate with the Lord, Guru Maharaj Ji. Your heart is the first Altar, the spiritual link. However, the physical altar is one bearing the picture of Guru Maharaj Ji and to which flowers are presented daily. Being an embodiment of the presence of the Master, its sacredness is adequately expressed. When Guru Maharaj Ji is physically present, the latter usually gives way. It is usually dressed in a white or red fabric.

IMPORTANCE OF AN ALTAR OF SATGURU MAHARAJ JI

An Altar is a quiet place from where one can communicate with The Lord and Savour of the Universe, SATGURU MAHARAJ JI as proof of the potency of The Lord and Saviour of our time, SATGURU MAHARAJ JI one needs to set up an Altar in one’s home as an indication and guarantee of His presence. An Alar consists mainly of a photograph of SATGURU MAHARAJ JI. a fresh flower placed with a new cloth of any colour except blue.

Fresh flowers must be presented to The Lord at the Altar daily mainly in the morning to replace the old one. It is advisable to drink the water from the Alter and also use the flowers from the Altar in preparing divine Tea by boiling the used flowers with water, pepper, alligator pepper, ‘uda’ and ginger. After boiling, fiter and serve the tea hot. No sickness, witchcraft or any elemental force will attack you anymore.

A lady had an experience after taking the Maharaj Ji tea. She had been certified by a medical doctor as having appendicitis. A devotee who lived near her advised and gave her Maharaj Ji tea, made from Altar flowers. After having drank it continually for three days the sickness vanished, phiam! That was when she decided to try and know more about SATGURU MAHARAJ JI‘s Divine Knowledge in 1985 and she is still with MAHARAJ JI today.
