BACKGROUND

Nigeria, a stupendously endowed country – a blessed land, was set on tragic course by the British. In the month of October 1960, anti-colonial Nigerians reached the climax of their insistence on self rule against British desire to hold our country down like a helpless cow belonging to the British monarchy. British authorities were set on milking Nigeria forever! British reluctance to leave Nigeria alone was embraced by Northern Nigerian leaders who openly told the world that the North was not ready for self-rule! The British exploited this Northern position to its advantage and handed a boo by-trapped Nigeria over to Nigerians on the first day of October in the year of 1960.

Today, we are in the most rotten phase of the ugliness that the British designed for Nigeria to be wasted in. As you read this paper, our soldiers are dying in large numbers in battle-fields created by never do-well politicians as part of the neo-colonial sabotage campaign of the UK and other imperialist powers. Most of our children have not seen the four-walls of a classroom. Many have dropped out due to the inability of their parents to afford high fees charged by schools. Those of them who manage to graduate are jobless – unemployed. Need I mention the fact that the quality of education they receive is substandard?

I reiterate that Nigeria has reached an extreme state in progressive dilapidation. At this stage of the nation’s tragic decay, we do not need theological scam-artistes, otherwise known as religious leaders, to salvage our collective existence. What we need is Divine Intervention – the Perfect Redemption Project that came Nigeria’s way in 1980 and which powerful but surmountable forces operating within and outside Nigeria have so far refused to recognize.

ABOUT THE ANNIVERSARY

Today’s event marks the 26th year of Satguru Maharaj Ji’s declaration of Nigeria a ‘NO WAR ZONE’! In 1993, active political forces operating within and outside Nigeria successfully pushed our country to the brink of total disaster! Late Chief MKO Abiola won that year’s presidential election. Presiding General Ibrahim Babangida annulled its result and consequently flung Nigeria into confusion! The dark clouds of war were gathering to rain mayhem on Nigeria. In-line with My Divine Mission of global renewal, I stepped in with a range of solutions, the most important of which was the declaration of Nigeria a No War Zone! On the strength of that divine assertion, Nigeria has survived all efforts made to plunge it into the flaming vortex of war. Some call it a miracle. I call it Special Divine Grace delivered by Divinity through the special spiritual medium ship of Satguru Maharaj Ji!

WHO IS SATGURU MAHARAJ JI ?

I will not dwell much on this question. The reason being that he near-countless publications and releases have been pushed out to Nigerians to inform and educate them and the rest of the world about My Divine presence and indispensable importance to a life of ease and to a world of genuine sweetness for all.

You did not see exotic cars parked outside the gates of this venue, did you? You do not see the usual faces of society’s celebrated social he c’movers and political shakers here, do you? The church is bloating with flamboyant elites throwing pomp here and dropping pageantry there, proclaiming their gleaming material accumulations as ev fascidence of God’s presence in Christianity and also as testimony of sr God’s blessings in their lives. The same scenario is rife in the Muslim darworld. In all these loud exhibitions of the mundane as proof of religion’s divine potency, Nigeria has remained stuck on the slippery slope, sliding down the hill of progress. How come the God that blesses our elites has not been able to salvage our country from decline: Why is that God narrow? Why does His interest fall toenriching a few to sit on the liberty and happiness of the majority? My brothers and sisters, not all that glitters is gold! Still waters run deep!

There is no gain saying that Nigeria has declined to a very abject level of existence that indicts leaders of religion and rubbishes their noisy and sugary claims in the eyes of right-thinking Nigerians. Satguru Maharaj Ji is the latest on the endless line of Divine Messiahs who consistently visit this world to save mankind. My immediate predecessor was Shri Prempal Rawat, otherwise known as Guru Maharaj Ji. He was based in the United States of America and his messianic reign spanned from 1971 to 1980, when I succeeded him.

Also known as Living Perfect Masters, Divine Messiahs are the hu man incarnates of The Source of Life and all the goodness that life offers. They do not come to join the carnival of blind materialism, but to equip man with The Key to eternal life! Without life, material pursuit is impossible. In life, all that man can ever desire reside in him and it is only people who receive the Divine Knowledge (The Divine Key of Life) that Divine Messiahs offer whenever they appear on this plane who are able to gain deep and unrestricted access to all of life’s goodies. This is basically the core secret behind the great and gleaming achievements of Japan, US, Germany, France, Britain, China and all the outstanding economies that the world has so far accommodated on its eternal course. The darkness from which many African elites source affluence attract adverse karmic consequences, many of which our societies have been subject to for de cades. African leaders of old had Divine Knowledge. They were in in Light, Unfortunately, their descendants living in the modern world have lost the priceless and omnipotent Divine Power to religion and to other mechanisms of European and Arab expansionism, manipulation and exploitation. Part of the core purpose of My messianic presence on this planet on Nigerian soil is to restore the long-lost divine spiritual fortitude and glory of the black race! May I restate that most of the material fortune you see being flaunted these days out there are illusions acquired from sources that merely mimic The Great Light of Life (a.k.a God, Abasi, Eledumare, Jah etc) whose consistent physical presence in human form is a basic fact of life.

To those who doubt My Divine status as explained in this paper are those possessed by all sorts of negative elemental forces, should feel very free to put Me to test, anywhere, any day, anytime!

‘NO WAR IN NIGERIA’ AS SPECIAL AND PERFECT ANTIDOTE

Every physical reality you see around you is spiritually designed. Man dominates and enjoys physical or temporal existence on the basis of acquiring divine spiritual competence. Without this competence or ability, man lives but as a robot to those who exercise control over the spiritual forces of life.

‘NO WAR IN NIGERIA, COME WHAT MAY, was a declaration I made to follow-up and consolidate My earlier public declaration of Nigeria as the New Holy Land and Leader Nation of The World xon May 29, 1993 at the National Arts Theatre, Iganmu, Lagos as the current embodiment of creation’s Supreme Spiritual Entity! The declaration is essentially a spiritual order aimed at protecting Nigeria (and, by extension, the world) from the obliteration agenda of stupid and or highly mutative imperialist forces and their bands of Nigerian goons.

With this declaration, Maharaj Ji has sent the enabling spirits of war packing out of Nigeria! As such, all that we can ever experience in this country will be mere threats and altercations. There will be No War In Nigeria! Quote Me anywhere!

SPECIAL SUMMARY ON THE BUHARI ADMINISTRATION

The Buhari administration is not Nigeria’s first presidency and it certainly will not be the last. Mr President and his administrative lieu tenants now have the golden opportunity to etch their names in gold on the rock of history. I await their invitation, for assistance since 1980, I have relentlessly reached out to Nigerian leaders to come receive The Power behind the celebrated opulence of China, America, Japan and co, that our forefathers had and ruled the world in the days of old. For how long do Nigerian leaders want to keep stretching out the begging-bowl to the leaders of the world’s affluent economies? Is it not wise to acquire and apply the secret Power they used and are still using to enrich themselves? Like I did to past administrations from Shagari to Jonathan, I am calling out to President Muhamma du Buhari to recognize Satguru Maharaj Ji partly by absorbing My Premies (i.e. My devotees) into his government. The entire range of spiritual powers needed to drive any genuinely ambitious coun try up the gradient of progress lie in Maharaj JI’s hands! This is no claim. Quote me anywhere please! I am available 24 hours daily to help the current administration. I look forward to having it do what its predecessors refused to do and which led to their downfall. I do not want the Buhari presidency to fail. The choice is his’!

President Buhari is surrounded by cells of well-wishers and career-spoilers. Those who actually want to improve Nigeria must be retained and encouraged, while those who seek to perpetuate national decline must be subtracted from the operational equation of the Buhari administration. I mean every word of this particular statement! How does one succeed at extracting wreckers from their deep-rooted positions without Divine Knowledge? Without the guidance of Satguru Maharaj Ji who is verifiably The Supreme Divine Messiah known in the Islamic world as Imam Mahdi, the administration will keep being sabotaged and misled by the same elements that misled past Heads of States to success in failure?

Why is the President hiding the names of looters? He should give us their names so that the general public and their children can know the face behind the monies mentioned/alleged to have been stolen.

RAGING NATIONAL INSECURITY: SHIITES: BOKO HARAM: NIGER-DELTA MILITANTS: FULANI HERDSMEN AND OTHERS.

National security is not guaranteed by armed police men rampaging across the land. It is not the mere absence of robbers, kidnappers or criminals in general. National security is a broad concept that is basically about keeping citizens safe, comfortable and happy at all times. The reign of terror across Nigeria today is the natural anticlimax of the failure of leadership. The failure has been on for decades. From the security services to the entertainment sector, Nigerian leaders have failed!

Let’s take a simple look at the judiciary. There is no gainsaying that Nigeria’s judiciary is in tatters. It is obviously a mega failure. Where people have lost confidence in the judiciary, they inevitably take to securing justice for themselves, by themselves, in ways that they deem fit. Increasing recourse to armed violence by aggrieved Nigerians is rooted in the failure of Nigeria’s judicial system at administering justice rightly and speedily. Justice delayed is justice denied!

For example, Modu Sheriff, the well-known sponsor of genocidal Boko Haram, is still walking free across our country. What is our judiciary doing to bring him to justice? What has it done to get that man to call his criminals off our streets? The answer is most likely to be that it is the Executive Arm of government that is hindering the security service and the sudarytos moving in against the likes of Sheriff. I assert that genuine leaders are principled people and that principled people don’t bend or go silent on wrong-doing. If our police officers and judges have any honor present in their spirit, they will either resign or speak-up in protest with neither fear nor relent against such a hindrances (if any) not minding whose bucket is broken in the process. What is bad is bad, irrespective of the status of the perpetrator. Wrong-doing is evil. Evil is darkness. Evil thrives where good people keep quiet. Darkness reigns in the absence of light. Why are good people in high places in government unable to expose what ought to be exposed? Why are they afraid despite their loyalty to church and mosque?

El Zakzaky, the leader of the Shiite Islamic movement in Nigeria has been moved to India for medical attention. His followers were relentlessly violent against the Buhari administration at demanding his release. While I recognize the underlining provocations of their campaign of stubborn hostility, I emphasize that their series of violent actions are condemnable. It is rather unfortunate that the language that contemporary Nigerians understand the most is aggression. Shiite terrorism in Nigeria is as criminal as the savagery of Fulani herdsmen, Boko Haram too. These violent groups are creations of Northern politicians, many of whom condemned Niger-delta militants’ demand for economic equity and fairness, along with their demand for ecological rescue with armed violence, after their initial peaceful approach was taken for granted by government.

Fulani tribesmen mobilized from across West Africa to Nigeria with covert European facilitation have, with impunity, been slaughtering indigenous Nigerians in their sleep and on their farmlands since 2015! Their genocide will never succeed at igniting the flames of war in Nigeria. Their unchecked criminality is simply causing the heavy clouds of karma to gather over their existence for them to duly rain their hurricane punishment on the perpetrators and their children across generations. You reap what you sow, isn’t it?

If Nigerians across the socio-economic and demographic strata were comfortable and happy, there will be a huge scarcity of jobless and aggrieved youths to recruit into Boko Haram, anti-Nigeria Fulani and into other campaigns of mass slaughter. Insecurity must be tackled primarily with love, not with guns. Government must show love to all Nigerians by catering for them adequately, irrespective of tribal or religious affiliation.

You suck oil from my land and secure the financial fortune so de rived to your pocket and to the sycophancy of your tribesmen and bjeyou expect me not to complain while I rot in abject poverty? How about the practice of herding cattle into my farmland to eat and destroy my crops? When I resist the destruction, you shoot at me! Which decent person does that?

Love is the master-key to national security. It is love that makes an average American passionate about America to the point of not minding to die for his country. When you take care of people, they will in-turn take care of you. Nigerian leaders must stop using gov ernment apparati to harass and brutalize Nigerians! After God is government. Government must be Godly, not satanic. It should cater for its entire citizens. It should make them happy. Where this is the case, the basic foundation for national security exists to support the super-structure of effective and successful military and police protection of the country.

ON RUGA

First, I applaud President Buhari for washing his hands off RUGA. I must say that a lot has been said and written for and against RUGA. My position on that intended project is that it is an exercise in trouble-making! Truth must be told, RUGA, as was insisted upon by

Cattle business is as private as garri or ‘amala’ trade. If you want land to run your cattle business, you negotiate with the owners of the land you desire. That is business. The RUGA approach is impo sitional and inclined to plunging Nigeria into the furnace of war. I advise Mr President not to give it any push.

Northern Nigeria has more than enough land to establish world class cattle-ranches for lucrative cattle businesses. Instead, of trying to force land off its owners in the South and Middle-Belt, Fulani cattle-breeders should either lease or buy land from their owners which should be well-developed and well-equipped and also secure enough to function as high standard cattle-hubs or cattle-markets where people can come buy cattle or meat. This is the right path to tread.

ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL IMPERATIVES

The most important economic resource are human beings i.e. hu apman capital. Human-beings are fundamentally spirits and are core se constituents of the eternal cosmic universe whose creative energies that drive progress are attracted where people are happy. Depression weakens people’s spirits, thereby resulting in society’s inability to at tract the enormous and limitless bounties from what call the astral plane I have just given a summary insight into the Spirituality of Eco nomic Development, an area of knowledge that the likes of Britain, France and China are not disposed to exposing Afrocam leaders to. With the Divine Knowledge I reveal, one will gain deep access to this knowledge and more.

My point is that the provision of modern amenities and infrastructure to Blacks in of all socio-economic classes that do not heap any financial burden on them is an imperative for Nigeria’s desired economic success. An unhappy and depressed people do not constitute reliable or high-grade human capital for achieving national economic transformation.

A nation-wide mass-housing program fitted with a sustainable R&D sub-system (i.e. Research and Development system that will focus on developing ways of availing Nigerians cheap and durable housing) is one of the best ways to bring happiness to the lives of protractedly depressed Nigerian masses. Added to this should be the establishment of sound inter-relationship and inter-dependence between the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and State Ministries of Agriculture on the creation of a proper system for transporting and storing food items to major markets across Nigeria. We want our people to eat good food. The existing modes of transporting food items in Nige ria are, to say the least, appalling! Where the high-transport costs and losses of valuable cargo associated with existing agri-transport modes in our country drop significantly on the basis of convenient, safe and secure transportation, unit-prices of food items in our markets will drop commensurately. Give people good and affordable food and they sure will be happy.

On the cultural front, the development and execution of a comprehensive Entertainment and Tourism Industry Development Plan is highly needed to continuously birth and sustain the right psycho logical capital among our people for Nigeria’s desired progress. Nigerians are being fed with entertainment content that corrupt their spirit and contaminate African values. Basically, the foreign content leads our people to the path of indiscipline. We cannot birth a strong and glorious Nigeria with an indiscipline Nigerian population.

Government must work to retrieve the Nigerian mindset and spirit from Western control. So long as our people; particularly our youths, have their focus on Western culture and its associated moral corruptions and depravities, Nigeria’s quest for glory will keep lacking the psychological and moral capital that match its cultural uniqueness. Culture is the soul of national and racial progress. Without it, a people are as good as either dead or dyingle not to complain while I rot

There is also the need to call on the Life Chairman of the Kings of our Land, His Royal Majesty Alaafin of Oyo to convene a meeting of the Royal stake holders like Chiefs, Obas, Kings of our lands to demand for State Police in order to stop the obscene and dangerous situation, to the President for action.

THE NIGERIAN POLITICAL ORDER: DEMOCRACY AND NIGERIA’S RIGHT TO PROSPER

I am aware of moves being made to keep Nigeria’s presidency in the Northern domain for another eight years without proper arrangement and due consideration. Those plots will succeed only if Satguru Maharaj Ji is not the Divine Messiah of this era. Nigeria’s political class is non-nationalistic and divided. Parochial interests are their focus, a trend that gravely harms the Nigerian economy. A political class that emphasizes personal financial enrichment, tribe and religion above the peace and progress of the country they swore to serve and protect, kills the nation.

Democracy is cultural. In other words, democracy varies in design, structure and general operation from one culture to another. Nige ria’s democracy is embryonic i.e. it is still at embryo stage. It is im mature, culturally alien and prone to abuse and impunity primarily because its cultural foundation is not Afrocentric but grotesquely Western and inherently too morally and too spiritually weak to sup port the African quest and struggle for freedom and restoration to power and glory.

All that Nigerian politicians care about is winning elections for selfish positioning aimed at emptying Nigeria’s purse into their pock etc. This type of democracy is demonic to the right of Nigerians set across Nigeria’s constituent socio-economic strata to enjoy the bounties and sweetness of their blessed country.

As 2023 draws near, I tell as many politicians plotting to become President of Nigeria to realize that none of them is sure of being alive when that year arrives. None of them has power over life and death! Wisdom lies in working today to improve the living conditions of Nigerian masses whose resultant happiness will attract di vine grace on their respective political ambitions in due season. The era of robbing and ruining Nigerian masses to grab political office for self and cronies is dying. It is on its way to the graveyard! The Rob-and-Scam political tradition that Nigeria’s existing democratic culture supports is being confronted from different quarters on the basis of increasing political and social awareness.

The Nigerian electorate is gradually waking up to the reality that zoning does not help its demand for good governance. Mallam Na sir El-Rufai appears to be championing merit over zoning. His re pentance from the ‘sin’ of zoning is yet to be known as genuine. Ba sically, his trick can fool no one but persons or people who are not conscious of his chameleon spirit and sanguinary appetite. I repeat, Nigeria’s presidency is not for the North in 2023!

History tells us that bad leaders are not a permanent feature of political evolution or transition. It is not unknown to Me that many politicians adjudged as bad by Nigerian masses do not care about the karmic implications of their iniquities, so long as they get the cash they want to keep catching their septic fun, day and night. Nigeria has the natural and irreversible right to prosper! It is either our politicians resolve to begin to work for Nigeria genuinely or they face disgrace in the hands of those they love to deprive.

SPORTS

Here, I focus on soccer, reason being that it is the most popular of sports in Nigeria. When coach Fanny Amun asked for My Divine support to win the 1993 FIFA Under-17 Soccer World Cup, I assured him of victory. Maharaj Ji gave him the Divine like others who won coveted trophies. grace to win,

After Fanny Amun’s victory, I have been speaking publicly to Nige ria’s soccer administrators to drop the idea of hiring foreign (European) coaches. It is quite unfortunate that the greater population of Nigerians is unaware of the high cosmic or spiritual vibration happening in Nigeria on the basis of the physical manifestation of creation’s Highest Spiritual Entity in the person of Satguru Maharaj Ji on Nigerian soil.

Europeans do not have the divine grace to lead Nigeria’s Super Eagles to glory. I use this opportunity to ask NFF to replace Gernot Rohr with one of our soccer veterans such as Kanu Nwankwo or Austin Jay Jay Okocha. With the right remuneration and training-exposure, our soccer veterans will achieve resounding successes for Nigeria under the immense outpouring of divine grace on Nigeria, a copious flow that demands Nigerians taking charge of their affairs as a nation.

Also, European wrestling matches must be banned since our culture and tradition forbids using iron chairs to break the head of an opponent during such encounters. All we need is Executive Order to stop it on our screen.

THE INTERNATIONAL SCENE

There is urgent need for the establishment of African Cultural and Traditional Values Revival for the Eradication of Disasters and Famine to step into African countries being affected by isolation, sanc tions and periodic attacks by the UN members for going African. For example this organization can step in to supply garri to Zimbabwe; visit the Chiefs and Kings of South Africa to clear the xenophobia killings from the grass roots through divination in the oracles.

My attention here will be on the situation in the Strait of Hormuz and in the refugee crisis pouring out from Myanmar. Iran, Turkey, China and Russia appear to be forming a counter-alliance against the United States of America which has Israel, Saudi Arabia, and the UK on its side.

Britain seized an Iranian vessel in Gibraltar and Iran retaliated by impounding a British ship voyaging on the Strait of Hormuz. The US has issued threats and warnings that are raising tension in the areas as much as Iran’s refusal to soft-pedal is.

The contending powers in the Middle East are clearly more interest. ed in protecting and boosting their national ego than in considering the grave global implications of militarizing the Strait of Hormuz and other strategic areas in the Middle-East.

We cannot afford another world war! I as such urge the State powers contending in the region to immediately commence the de-escalate tension. It is either they obey this instruction or we shall intervene in very special ways that do not need to be stated here. Maharaj Ji is not obliged to reveal that what and that how of the said remedial divine intervention.

Myanmar’s refugee crisis is a big indictment against the United Na tions Organization. This is not to say that the UN has done nothing to end the crisis. It simply highlights inadequate attention given to the situation by the organization’s powerful and influential mem bers. Equit in

Suffix to say, if the African continent is to rise again as the cradle of Life and civilization as it was in the beginning they should go Maharaj Ji’s way because He is the Key to Science and Technology.

CONCLUSION

This address will be incomplete without mentioning some of My no table verifiable achievements that has kept Nigerians and the world going. These include the following:

1. The revelation of the true name of God (Maharaj Ji) to the people.
